What is an Energy Healing Session?
An energy healing session is restoration work — clearing the heavy, stagnant, or intrusive energies that accumulate in your field over time.
I have trained in: Reiki, Crystal Healing, Shamanic Practice, and Divine Feminine techniques. My current healing method is working with light beings to access divine universal energy, which helps to rebalance and restore the field. Healing is always done in the interest of your sovereignty and to your highest timeline.
I work with your energetic body — your aura, your chakras, your subtle field — to release what is no longer serving you, restore balance, and amplify your own innate energy.
For empaths, starseeds, and sensitive souls, regular energetic hygiene is recommended. Your field absorbs the energies of the rooms you walk into, the people you sit across from, and the modern world you navigate daily.

INSIDE THE SESSIONS
What To Expect
We begin with a short conversation — what are you carrying, what is calling to be released, what is the intention for this session.
You may experience sensations during the session — tingling, warmth, light pouring in, energy moving, cords being pulled, emotions rising. Some clients fall asleep. The healing happens regardless.
Sessions close with integration — a moment of grounding back into your body, and a brief discussion of what arose.
Please note: energy healing sessions are not recorded, due to the vulnerability of the space.
